Description
Like all the Talsa range of bowl cutters the K120v is made entirely from stainless steel with an extremely thick stainless steel cast bowl. The K120v bowl cutter can be varied in speed from 1000rpm to 4000rpm in steps of 100rpm by using the simple electronic control panel.
There are 2-3 independent motors in the bowl cutter and the base of the machine is closed to increase sanitation and dirt and dust penetration. The bowl cutter features slow knife mixing speeds in forward and reverse as standard and the 24V switchboard is encased in a water resistant shell.
The 6-knife head of the bowl chopper is easily removed fro cleaning and the bowl cutter comes as standard with spacers rings to convert to a 3-knife head.
The lid is motorised for raising and lowering at ease and the bowl covered by a folding plastic anti noise cover with CE automatic speed reduction when opened.
The bowl cutter is capable of holding approx. 20-90kg of product at one time and there is an option for a motorized unloader.
