The Gunther PI-26 automatic meat injector is made in Germany to a very high standard from stainless steel and food grade plastics.
The auto meat injector is made to suit the small to medium sized meat processing plant which wishes to inject bone-in or boneless meat, poultry or fish.
The standard stainless steel centrifugal pump in the meat injector is ideal for factories wanting to run the machine for up to 5-6 hours continuously with a injection rate of up to 40%. If your factory wishes to run the brine injector for a longer period of time then the stainless steel rotary pump is recommended.
The 26 needle head of the automatic meat injector allows for gentle treatment of the product, and the needles can be changed within a few seconds.
The automatic meat injector has sophisticated technology with low maintenance and easy operation guaranteed.
The auto meat injector has a direct mechanical drive for the needle head and conveyor belt above the injecting area.
The complete conveying system on the meat injector can be removed quickly to improve sanitation and decrease down time.
The automatic meat injector has the option of three types of pre-filter system:
Standard net filter
GHF250 semi auto filter system
GRF200 fully auto filter system
