Description
The Medoc STL480 bandsaw is the largest bandsaw we sell in the Medoc range. Constructed from robust 18/10 stainless steel the bandsaw is built for use in an industrial environment and an ideal machine for long shifts.
The bandsaw is sealed to IP65 dust and water protection levels and therefore can be washed under pressure if required. The bandsaw blade cleaners are removable without the use of tools and easy access to the wheels and blade through the opening doors creates a bandsaw that can easily cleaned.
The bandsaw blades are 3500mm in length and are held in place by the auto blade tensioner, this tension along with the table blade guide prevent the bandsaw blade from moving whilst cutting as well as increasing the blade life.
The bandsaw has safety devices in place to stop the blade running within 4 seconds of pressing the off switch or the opening of the door.
The STL480 comes complete with a product pusher or half sliding table as well as a thickness plate to help give you the perfect cutting experience.
